I Am… Charles… Chuck, Charlie… “The Work Wookiee” The guy that’s going to make your project AWESOME…..
I Am… Passionate about being creative. Ever since I was a boy, painting a stick neon Green to have a Luke Skywalker Lightsaber. Crafting a plaster mask to model “The Predator”. I have always had a creative imagination and vision to bring them to reality.
I Am.. an avid outdoorsman, I enjoy Camping, Hiking, Paddle Boarding, Firearms Training and Motocross although those last two I’m not that great at I still find peace and enjoyment from them.
I Am.. My Dads son. My Dad was an amazing and creative man. He instilled a lot of my work ethic and passion for exploring my creative side. Whenever I had an idea as a boy he would encourage me to try it.
Needless to say wiring LED’s to the taillights of a batmobile scale model, directly to a 9v battery didn’t work out so well for the LED’s. It was that sort of encouragement over the years that motivated me to chase after my dreams and what I’m truly passionate about. Ultimately finding MY Creative Freedom.
I Am.. Relentless, Never Finished and Unbreakable. I Am.. a true believer that everything happens for a reason. I have endured a long list of life altering hardships that could have knocked me out of the game. Most recently was the passing of my Dad.
My Dad was my ultimate hero and inspiration to make Creative Freedom a reality.
I AM… Creative Freedom.
I blame it all on youtube many, many years ago….
After seeing someone hydro dipping on youtube (Thanks Chris at ATF Hydrographics) I thought to myself I can do that it looks easy enough. Just drop your parts in water and the magic happens.
After ordering a “Dip Kit” from OHW Paints, I soon realized it’s not that simple. The results turned out less than great. I did however know this was something I was passionate about and wanted to do but in no way skilled in the artform.
I soon fell in with Chris at ATF Hydrographics and not long after flew to Georgia to for a weeklong OJT Certification training. Love you chris…
From there it was off to the races and loving every minute of it.
Then I saw on youtube someone doing amazing things with fiber lasers. So, it was a must to add that to my little shop of horrors.
Lastly, and to be quite honest it should have been first.. Cerakote. Beings that Creative freedoms primary focus on the firearms industry it was only natural to add Cerakote into the creative menu. Especially when the NIC Industries Inc (AKA Cerakote) facility is 6 miles away from my shop.
To sum it all up… It all Started on youtube for lighting a fire in my soul find MY Creative Freedom.
